pph44 Terms & Conditions

By accessing pph44, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, sport betting event, bingo session, or promotional offer on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. pph44 recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last updated" notice above.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other locations across the Philippine archipelago where pph44 services are accessible.

To register and maintain an active account on pph44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines as required under applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pph44 or any related gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pph44 or any affiliated entity or software provider.
• Your account and funds do not originate from, nor are they intended to facilitate, any illegal activity including money laundering or fraud.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active pph44 account. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pph44 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and document verification to detect multiple account registrations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. pph44 is not liable for any issues arising from information you provide that is inaccurate or incomplete.

pph44 reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pph44 login credentials. pph44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

pph44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether). Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are not permitted and will trigger an investigation. Deposits sourced from credit cards will be treated in accordance with the card issuer's terms; pph44 does not accept liability for any credit charges you may incur through your card issuer in connection with deposits.

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless a specific alternative currency arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. pph44 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. pph44 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, subject to KYC verification. pph44 processes standard withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, with GCash withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours.

pph44 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds that are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of software errors, or collusion will be forfeited in full without compensation.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• pph44 may request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• pph44 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's own processing times.

pph44 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, time limits, maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active, and maximum withdrawal limits.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the wagering requirements applicable to each bonus before opting in.

pph44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or changes in regulatory requirements. Bonuses that have been credited in error must be reported to pph44 support and will be reclaimed without affecting any legitimately earned balance.

Multi-accounting, chip dumping, or any other form of bonus abuse — including coordinated exploitation of welcome offers across related accounts — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

All games offered on pph44 are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game providers, including JILI Games, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and other certified suppliers. These rules are available within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game provider's rules, these Terms shall prevail for account-related matters; game-specific outcomes shall be governed by the provider's certified rules.

Game results generated by pph44 Random Number Generator (RNG) certified games are final and binding. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, pph44 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where full reconstruction is not possible, the bet amount will be credited back to the player's account as the default resolution.

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to pph44 customer support in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted outside this window may not be investigated. pph44 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a complete dispute submission.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pph44 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Registering or maintaining more than one active account on pph44 under any identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, bingo, or live dealer environments.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or facilitating unauthorized access to the pph44 platform.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after it has been used to participate in any game or wagering activity.

pph44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling, while an entertaining activity for most, can be harmful for some individuals. As part of our commitment, pph44 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum continuous session length with mandatory break reminders.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and opt out of all pph44 marketing communications.

Players who choose to self-exclude must not attempt to open a new account or use another person's account to circumvent the exclusion. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and all balances therein forfeited. pph44 will not be held liable for losses incurred on accounts registered in breach of a self-exclusion request where the player has provided false information to circumvent detection.

All content on the pph44 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, trademarks, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of pph44 or its licensed game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without prior written consent from pph44.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph44, its directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

pph44 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.

pph44's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pph44 collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the Platform. Our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are described in full in the pph44 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account with pph44, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.

pph44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the case of material changes, pph44 will notify players via email (to the registered address on file) and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact pph44 support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pph44 Platform.

pph44 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the relevant government body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the appropriate PAGCOR channels in addition to pph44's internal dispute resolution process.
